Privacy Policy

1. Controller and scope

The data controller is Quantum Mirage Limited, incorporated in the Hong Kong SAR. Our registered details match the developer information shown on our app store listings; for any data matter, write to hlh@quantummiragelimited.com.

This policy covers the two games above and their updates, this website, and our support and community channels. It does not cover third-party platforms we do not control, such as TikTok, the app stores, payment providers or ad networks, which have their own privacy policies. When you open a game from a platform such as TikTok, that platform processes your account, device and interaction data under its own policy; we only receive the data needed for operation and settlement.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Data you give us: the email address, display name and message you send to support.
• Data collected automatically: device model, operating system and language, app version, IP address, crash and performance logs, and a randomly generated app instance identifier.
• In-game data: level progress, settings, virtual currency and item balances, and purchase receipts (we never see your full card number).
• Advertising data: if you have not bought the ad-free option, ad providers may process advertising identifiers and their consent status.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data under Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) to perform our contract with you (delivering the games, restoring purchases, support), for our legitimate interests (anti-cheat, security, improving gameplay), to meet legal obligations (tax, consumer protection), and, where required, on your explicit consent (personalised ads, transfers abroad).

As a Hong Kong data user we also comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), and with the EU GDPR where it applies.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary with the following categories:

• App stores, platforms and payments: Apple App Store, Google Play and TikTok (where we distribute or settle through it), for distribution, in-app purchases and refunds.
• Infrastructure: hosting, content delivery and database providers.
• Operations: crash reporting, analytics and advertising providers.
• Legal: competent authorities where a valid legal process requires it.

5. International transfers

Our providers may be located in Türkiye, Hong Kong or other countries. Under Article 9 of the KVKK, transfers abroad require your explicit consent or appropriate safeguards recognised by the Turkish data protection authority; we rely on those mechanisms and require recipients to protect data no less strictly than this policy.

6. Retention

Support records are kept for 24 months, technical logs for 12 months, and purchase and tax records for the period required by law (typically 10 years under Turkish tax law). Account data is kept while the account exists. After these periods data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS, stored data is encrypted at rest, access is granted on a least-privilege basis, and we review our providers' security practices. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

8. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are in Türkiye and under 18, please use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn we have collected a child's data, we delete it after verification.

9. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed; request information about it; learn the purpose and use; learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; object to a result produced solely by automated analysis that is adverse to you; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Users in Hong Kong and the EU also have rights of access, correction and objection under their local law. Write to hlh@quantummiragelimited.com and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies and local storage

This website uses only essential cookies and browser storage to remember your language and theme. The games use device storage for progress and settings; uninstalling a game removes that local data.
