Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our services. You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction; users under 18 should use the games with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the games as intended on your own devices. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or bypass technical protection measures, except where law expressly permits it.
• Use cheats, bots, modified clients, or otherwise disrupt other players' experience.
• Redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the games or their assets without written permission.
• Remove or circumvent in-game advertising or purchase mechanisms, other than the ad-free option we offer.

3. Accounts and progress

Game progress is stored on your device by default. If we offer cloud saves, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. We are not responsible for local progress lost through changing devices, uninstalling or resetting the system.

4. Purchases, virtual items and refunds

Virtual currency and items are sold through the Apple App Store, Google Play, TikTok or similar platforms. They grant a limited licence to use them, have no cash value and are not transferable. For purchases made on a platform, settlement and refunds follow that platform's rules.

If you are in Türkiye, you keep the mandatory rights granted to consumers by Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection; for digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may not apply, as determined by the store policy and applicable law.

5. User content

You retain the rights to screenshots, videos and reviews you create. If you publish such content and mention us, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to feature it on our official channels with credit.

6. Intellectual property

The games, their art, music, code and marks, and the content of this website belong to Quantum Mirage Limited or their respective owners. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated here.

7. Changes, suspension and termination

We may update, adjust or retire features such as events or limited-time content. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access. If we discontinue a game, we will announce it in-game or on the store listing in advance.

8. Disclaimer

The games and this website are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or entirely error-free operation, but we do make reasonable efforts to keep them available and secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data. For direct loss arising from the service, our total liability will not exceed what you paid us for the relevant game in the previous twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you are in Türkiye, the mandatory provisions of Turkish consumer law (including Law No. 6502) also apply to you, and you may apply to a Turkish consumer arbitration committee or consumer court. Any other dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the Hong Kong SAR.

11. Changes and contact
